How do I know if what I want is in stock?The Thigh High Studios site uses live inventory tracking as it shows you the various categories and items we have to offer. As customers check out, the items they have purchased are removed from inventory, and the site immediately reflects that in the items, and the amounts of each item, that it presents to you. When a particular color, size or item is out of stock, it stops showing on the site until we obtain additional inventory.This even extends to categories. For instance, if we ran completely out of gloves for some reason, the entire gloves category would disappear from the site the moment the last glove was purchased; it would re-appear when we get more gloves in stock. It is possible - though not very likely - that two customers could both select the last item in inventory. In that case, the first customer to check-out will be the one to get the item. Items are not removed from stock until check-out is complete. Should an item you order be out of stock when we receive your order, you will of course not be charged for that item. How, and when, will my order be shipped?Thigh High Studios ships your order via the postal service. Because we are located in a very remote region of the United States (northeastern Montana), the postal service is the only practical shipping method available. However, postal shipping from this area is very efficient, which typically results in fast deliveries to you. Please allow three to five business days for your order to be processed. Once processed, your order is shipped by first class mail which will reach you in approximately four to seven days.

What if I don't live in the USA?At this time, we do not ship outside the USA.
How is my personal information kept secure?Thigh High Studios uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption on all web pages where you enter, view or modify personal information such as your credit card details, shipping address, passwords and so on. The site uses standard web pages only to display product information and to manage your shopping cart prior to your providing us with any personal information. Once your information has been transferred to the web server via SSL, it is kept behind multiple hardware firewalls that absolutely deny access to that information storage to unauthorized persons.
How is my personal information treated?We don't now, and will not at any time in the future, sell your personal information to anyone. We don't now, and will not at any time in the future, provide it to any third party for any purpose whatsoever for no cost, either. Your personal information is kept on file at Thigh High Studios for the single purpose of making it easier for you to use our web site to purchase lingerie.
What about sales tax?Thigh High Studios is located in the state of Montana, in the United States of America. Montana does not inflict a state sales tax on its businesses. There is no federal (country-wide) sales tax similar to England's "VAT" inflicted by the United States federal government. Therefore, no tax charges of any kind are applied to any order, domestic or foreign.
Why can't I add more of an item to my cart?Our site actually uses live inventory tracking. For instance, for a particular color and size of an item, if the quantity selector shows only choices of 0, 1, or 2, that means there are only two of this particular item in that size and color in stock.Now, if you add two of this item to your cart, you've taken as many of that item as we have available, in stock. But, the item will still be counted as two in stock until you actually place your order by checking out. That only happens if you do actually check out, of course. If you abandon your shopping cart without checking out, your order has no effect on in-stock state of the inventory management system.
Because the site considers those items as remaining in stock until you actually check out, if you go back to the same item page, you are able to select two more of the same item in that color and size and press the Another example: If we have three of something, and you add two to your cart, when you go back to the item page, it will still show three (because you have not checked out.) You could select to add two more to your cart, and one would be added (there's only one more available); now you have all three in your cart. Again, you cannot order more of any item than we actually have. The intent of this process is to ensure that you won't be ordering items that are not in stock. Lingerie is a fashion sensitive product, and so we cannot be certain that more of any particular item will be available when we attempt to restock those items. So back-ordering is not a good idea. However, because the styles do change and our inventory is constantly being updated, you should come back and look over our stock to see both what's new, and if we have more of anything you want. Will Thigh High Studios "spam" me?No. We routinely email you only in connection with orders you place with us. For instance, you may receive emails that tell you your order has been shipped. We won't send you emails you didn't ask for about sales or special offers, and we won't sell or give your email address to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.When we do send emails about sales or special offers, we will only send them to customers who have specifically told us, in advance, that this is OK for us to do. This is called using an "opt-in" mechanism, and it means that you have intentionally selected the option to receive sales information from us on your order form. In this way, we can completely avoid ever sending unwanted email - or "spam" - to our customers. We also apply these same policies to physical mail. You will never receive physical mail from us that does not have something directly to do with an order or orders you placed with us.
