• Privacy: Your name, address and credit card information will not be provided by us to any third party. We do keep your address and credit card information on file in order to provide a means to validate any transactions you may undertake with us.

• Security: We provide secure ordering using SSL encryption, using our own dedicated server behind an advanced hardware firewall. This mouthful of technical gibberish means that it is virtually impossible for anyone to obtain your personal information or credit card details by attempting to "tap into" the host web server or network packet transactions.

• Cookies: Although the site does use "cookies" to control your access to your shopping cart, these cookies contain absolutely no personal information, and they expire (are removed from) your browser 48 hours after you leave our site.

• JAVA and ActiveX: This site does not use these technologies in order to ensure compatibility with the maximum number of web browser applications on the maximum number of platforms, and to assure the most stable browsing experience for our customers.

• Returns: Due to the very intimate nature of lingerie, products may not be returned once the package seal has been broken. All products are shipped sealed. Products are returnable for equivalent in-stock item exchange, or for refund (not including shipping and handling) minus a 20% restocking fee, if the original seal has never been broken and the product, and packaging, is in "as-new" condition. Re-sealed items will not be accepted. Special orders are an exception; if we special order items at your request, those items cannot be returned. Please note that any shipping charge we have applied to your order is 100% non-refundable. To return an item, use the address on the return label of the package and pack the item in such a way that it cannot be damaged during shipping. You are responsible for shipping charges for returned packages.
